On Thursday, September 25, from 5:30-7:30pm, at Briq in New Haven, Connecticut leaders in the digital space will come together for a “Meeting of the Minds” networking event.

The event is free and hosted by KnockMedia. Currently, over 50 people are registered to attend. Even though the event is free, they do ask that you register in advance. Register HERE.

According to KnockMedia, there is a growing technology hub in Connecticut, specifically in the digital space. Organizers say events like these provide an opportunity for those involved in this movement to get together and talk about what they are doing, how they are doing it and why they are doing it, all the while enjoying some of the hidden gems our local cities have to offer.

“KnockMedia is really excited to be a part of the digital movement in Connecticut. New Haven is a hub for technology growth right now. There are a lot of talented individuals and organizations that are helping to put us on the map. This event gives the players in the media space a chance to get out of the office for a couple of hours and enjoy some great food, drink and conversation,” said Nate Berger, Founder, KnockMedia.

In attendance will be those in the media and technology fields, but many of the registered attendees are not in these fields. The event hosts expects to have quite a diverse mix of attendees. They encourage anyone looking to network and meet new people to join in.
