Are you raising capital for your small business or venture? Do you need help identifying and understanding your options? Then attending the Hartford Capital Summit on Thursday, October 1st at the Hartford Marriott Downtown at 7:30 a.m. may be the right move.

Michael Chernow, co-founder of The Meatball Shop and founder of Seamore’s, will launch the event with a talk on his experiences as an entrepreneur.

In addition, the event will feature a panel discussion led by entrepreneurs who have raised capital, including Ben Berkowitz (Founder, See Click Fix), Michael Duncan (CEO, Bankjoy), and crowdfunding expert and author Penny Lennon. There will be three unique workshops on raising capital, including a workshop with John Katovich (CEO, Cutting Edge Capital) covering how to raise up to a million dollars a year using a direct public offering.
